When does NextAnswer launch?
Stage 1 launches at Seattle University in October 2026. Pacific Northwest universities follow in early 2027 (UW, then SPU, WSU, Gonzaga, Western, Portland State, others). Stay on the waitlist if you’re not at SU — we’ll let you know when your school is in the rollout.
Will I be charged when it opens?
No, not automatically. The free tier gives you three mock interviews and unlimited practice mode at no cost. If you want unlimited mock interviews, the paid plan is $9.99/month or $24.99/quarter. No card required to try. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Can I delete my email from the waitlist?
Yes. Email alex@chaski.ai and we’ll remove you immediately. There’s no automated unsubscribe because there’s nothing to unsubscribe from yet — you’ll get one email when we launch, and that’s the only one.
How does NextAnswer differ from Final Round AI / Huru / Google Interview Warmup?
Those tools rate you against rules they assume you already know — STAR structure, the “tell me about yourself” arc, the cultural cues an American interviewer is sending. NextAnswer teaches the rules first, then scores you on whether you applied them. The other tools assume you already learned this at home. Different approach, different scoring.
Is voice data really private?
Yes. We never sell it, never share it with employers or universities, never claim biometric voiceprint identification. Your audio isn’t stored at all — your answers are transcribed as you speak and the recording is discarded immediately, so there’s nothing to keep or leak. Why Quechua?
NextAnswer says what it’s for — your next answer is the one that lands the job. The parent brand, Chaski, is the Quechua part: it refers to the Inca runners who carried messages across the Andes. We named the company after a Quechua word because Chaski’s mission is AI tools for users and communities that bigger companies overlook — and the name should reflect that, not lean on generic SaaS branding.
Who built this?
Alex Picon, founder of Chaski AI, is building NextAnswer solo. The mission is to make AI tools for users and communities bigger companies overlook. NextAnswer is the first product in that family — teaching any student the unwritten interview rules they weren’t taught at home. Built deliberately, in public, by a small team that reads every email.
